In Thassos town you should visit the Archaeological Museum, the Ancient Agora, the Citadel and the Ancient theatre where at the months of July and August, mainly, become various shows and concerts.
If you visit Thassos island at 15th of August (feast day) shouldn’t omit the opportunity to go to Panagia where celebrated the feast of the Dormition.
In the beginning of August becomes the revival of an old custom "Anavrohiaris" at Potamia village.
At Limenaria you should visit the folklore Museum, the "Palataki" of particular architecture, as also the cave below "Palataki" and the beach of Mines.
